Competition T&Cs
1. Competition Overview
- By entering this competition, participants have the chance to win a Wood Fired Garden Oven & Grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older and reside in the United Kingdom.
Only one entry per email address is permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
Employees of Blazers Fuels, their immediate family members, or anyone connected professionally with this competition are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Competition Period
- The competition opens on 1 July 2025 and closes for entries at 11:59 PM on 31 August 2025. No entries will be accepted after the closing time.
4. Prize Details
The prize consists of one (1) Wood Fired Garden Oven & Grill.
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s designated address within the UK.
The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified via Facebook and email within 7 days of the competition closing.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Blazers Fuels reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The winner’s name may also be announced on Blazers Fuels’ social media platforms.
6. Prize Usage and Promotional Activity
By entering the competition, entrants agree that if they are selected as the winner, they will provide Blazers Fuels with images of themselves receiving and/or using the Wood Fired Garden Oven & Grill for use in future promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, and the Blazers Fuels website.
The winner grants Blazers Fuels permission to use their name and images in promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Data Protection
Personal information provided by entrants will only be used by Blazers Fuels for the purposes of administering the competition, notifying the winner, and for any Blazers Fuels–related product campaigns.
Blazers Fuels will not share or sell personal data to any third parties, except where necessary for the purpose of delivering the prize.
8. Cancellation and Changes
Blazers Fuels reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition in whole or in part at any time, if it is deemed necessary, without notice and without incurring any liability.
Blazers Fuels also reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Blazers Fuels is not responsible for any technical failures or issues that may prevent an individual from entering the competition or receiving notifications.
Blazers Fuels shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in this competition or the use of the prize.
