Deliveries of Blazers Fuels Pellets
Here at Blazers we work hard to ensure your customer experience is as positive as it can be. Below are details that will help you with your order choice and enable you to plan and prepare for your delivery. Our mission is to ensure your bags arrive securely wrapped on the pallet and the 15Kg bags are easy to lift and store
Once your order has been placed, delivery will be arranged and the courier company will contact you to arrange the delivery.
Delivering to homes & businesses
Our pellet blower can be used to transport BSL Authorised wood fuel pellets to customers’ homes and businesses.

In the event that a customer has ordered and not specified that there are access restrictions, and a haulier can not make delivery as a result, the pallet will be returned to Blazers and a refund made to the customer minus the initial delivery, and return haulage charges of £120 combined
Customers who wish to cancel an order prior to it leaving our factory can do so for a full refund minus the bank card transaction fee of 2% of the total order
- Full Pallet Size: 1m x 1.2m x 1.5m
- Full Pallet Quantity: 65 bags / Pallet weight approx 975Kg
- Half Pallet Size: 1m x 1.2m x 0.87m
- Half Pallet Quantity: 33 bags / Pallet weight approx 495Kg
Delivery FAQs
- All deliveries will be despatched on an economy service. Normally 2-3 working days from date of despatch.
- Next Day delivery can be requested at an additional cost
- Normal delivery times are between 09:00-17:00 / Monday-Friday. The couriers are not obliged to give an a.m. or p.m. delivery slot.
- In the event that a customer has agreed to a delivery and then not being at the delivery address, a re-delivery charge of £60 per pallet will be made.
- Delivery drivers are only expected to unload the pallet to the rear of the vehicle but will always be as helpful as possible
- In the event that delivery cannot be made to the required location at the delivery address due to poor access, soft or gravel ground, the delivery will be to kerbside or as close as possible to required location
- All goods must be checked on arrival and delivery paperwork signed, unless otherwise agreed.
- Any delivery issues must be reported on the delivery note and your supplier notified immediately
- Due to increased demand the lead time for orders may be up to 15 working days
- Price includes free delivery to most UK postcodes. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and some outlying areas will incur a delivery surcharge. Contact us directly if you need delivery to these areas.
