Price includes free delivery to most UK postcodes. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and some outlying areas will incur a delivery surcharge. Contact us directly if you need delivery to these areas.
If a maximum 7.5T vehicle is required, the Restricted Access Pallet (50 Bags for pellets & the 81 Packs for Fuel Logs & Chimenea & Firepit Fuel)Â will be the maximum we can deliver.When ordering a full pallet but this cannot be delivered, a re-delivery charge will be applied.If you have off-loading facilities, please advise at time of ordering.
If you are unable to accept delivery for more than a 48hr continuous period Mon-Fri please make us aware of this, if we are not informed and your order is dispatched and requires to be held at depot there will be storage fees incurred which will be payable before delivery is made
