I have restricted access to my hopper, what is the maximum distance of hose you can use between the Blower wagon and the hopper?

Due to ENPusA1 regulations, the maximum blowing length is 20M. This is because it is felt that any further than this will cause damage to the pellets as they pass through the hose.

What is the minimum amount of tonnes you will deliver?

We usually require a minimum delivery size of 3 tonnes to make the trip viable. We may be able to look at slightly lower tonnages if you are close to our Factory in Ruthin, North Wales

What is the maximum amount of tonnes you can deliver in one trip?

Our purpose build Blower Wagon can hold a maximum of 14 tonnes. We can however make multiple trips if larger quantities are required!

What type of hose connectors does you blower carry?

We have both Camlock or Stortz Hose fittings on the wagon to enable us to connect toy your Silo/hopper.

What is your delivery area?

For economic reasons the maximum delivery radius is 60 miles from our Factory in Ruthin North Wales LL15 2TN

Yes, all of our Pellets hold ENPlusA1 accreditation

Are you bulk blown pellets BSL certified?

Yes, all our pellets are fully BSL accredited.

Are your bulk blown pellets made in the UK?

Yes all of our products are made in our factory in Ruthin, North Wales. We only use 100% virgin wood sawmill residues from UK sawmills to make our products. Unlike all of our competitors, no healthy trees are felled specifically to make our pellets.

Are your bulk blown pellets made from responsibly sourced wood?

Yes, all our pellets are FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) accredited which is your guarantee that the wood is from sustainably managed UK Forests.
